If you are inquiring about an order already placed we will need your order #, date order was placed and the name of individual who placed the order. Once the request for information has been received our staff will research the order and respond to your email typically within 6-8 hours.

International Shipping
Shipping charges are not calculated automatically through the on-line check-out system. If you require an order to be shipped internationally you must contact Elegant Wedding Accessories to acquire the correct shipping charge. An invoice will then be issued to you through PayPal for your order. If you check-out through the automated check-out system a corrected invoice will be issued to you via PayPal for the difference in the shipping charge.
Shipping to P.O. Box Addresses
Elegant Wedding Accessories does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If you provide a ship-to address that reflects a P.O. Box address, our Customer Service Department will contact you via email to acquire a physical address. Our manufacturers will not under any circumstances accept an order that reflects shipment to a P.O. Address.
Busy Months
During the months of March, April, May, June, July and the first part of August processing of orders may take up to a week longer due to the high volumn of sales. We try extra hard to ensure that your order is processed correctly so special precautions are taken to ensure that each item in your order is checked, wrapped and packed appropriately or that the product is ordered correctly from our manufacturers/suppliers. This process is on-going, even during the busy season. That is why it is so important to provide us with your wedding/event date when making a purchase. We do ask that prior to contacting us regarding questions pertaining to the delivery of your order that you refer to the product description first. There are times that some products do have a longer processing and shipping time frame and that information will be referenced in the product description. If you cannot easily find the answer to your question please don't hesitate to send us an email. We will immediately research your order and work to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
If you need an order by a certain date please contact Customer Service prior to placing your order so that we can check the approximate delivery length required. Hot Months
If you place an order for an item that is perishable (ex. candle) during the hot months (typically May through September) your order will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. No perishable item will be shipped Thursday through Saturday to prevent damage caused from storing it in a hot warehouse where it could be damaged. If you place an order on a holiday, the order will be shipped the first business day preceding the holiday. Once the hot months have passed all perishable items can be shipped Monday through Saturday (except for holidays).
